rough days

everyone who is going through perk withdrawls listen up this isnt my first rodeo. Last thing you do is take something to alleviate the pain. If someone reccomends some type of benzo slap them in the face. I did that once and addicted to benzos. I will tell you what nothing in the world is worse than coming off them!! Perk withdrawls are a breeze compared to benzos. I have gotton through perks in less than a week. Things to do 1. excercise, i know its the last thing you want to do but getting yourself to sweat makes you believe that you getting rid of it and the truth is that you are. Its all about endorphins.. 2. This may sound cheesy but it works..Control your breathing as much as you can. Remember deep breaths in and deep breaths out. 3. take a pain reliever with alot of water. Advil or Motin and dont take 4!! Do not just sit around. Sitting around and doing nothing makes you feel depressed and and youll just feel sorry for yourself... makes it worst. Guys, do this for yourself. You put yourself in this situation and you can get yourself out! Rememer what it felt like to be alive?? Being able to smile and laugh with nothing in your system? The only way your going to get through this is by talking about it. Find someone thats going through the same thing and communicate. If you happen to be someone who needs someone to talk to I would be more than happy to. It would be my pleasure. We are all strong enough to get through this im living proof!! When its all over you its as if your were reborn!  Save your life and take the bull by the horns. Its worth it!

I agree!!! :)  If it were not for exercise and lot's of deep breaths I would never had made it
