Update on Elizabeth

Surgery went well with no surprises and lasted about 3 hours.  The doctor said everything went fine and she will spend about 2 days in ICU.
Right now she is resting; she has to stay flat on her back for 2 days minimum - without lifting her head.  That wasn't too much of a problem yesterday since she was still in an anesthesia fog and apparently really took a while to come out of it.  I expect today will be better and will let you know.

I'm soooo sorry to hear you are having a difficult time, I'll say extra prayers for you!
I'd really been concerned since we haven't heard much about your recovery.  I hope they figure out what is causing you pain and get it taken care of quickly.

Hi All...just spoke to Lizzy and she is not doing well...Please add xtra prayers for her.....they r not sure what the problem is, but her HA's r much worse than b4 and she has a swooshing sound?...I think she said....so I told her I felt she may have a CSF leak or a reaction to her patch.....I pray this is not the case....she wanted me to pass info on to all her friends here.

AND she told me that Meg was released early today....so she is doing well, and that was the first I heard about Meg(merlot)
