As long as she is healthy, she is growing, and gaining weight I would not worry. She needs to stay active - play, sports, and dance so she does not gain excessive weight. Children learn by example. If they see you eat healthy, they will eventually eat healthier. Mealtimes can be a battlefield when children do not have an interest to eating healthy or eat very little. It becomes the battle of the wits between the child and the parents. Remember meals need to be joyous for you and your child. Slowly introduce new foods, and if she does not want it, do not make a fuss over it. Let it go and enjoy your meal. Try again in a few months. Thank you for your question.
