Hi! I was wanting to know if the Proteinex Chewable Protein Tablets for kids are good?
Also are there any liquid pure protein for kids? They have liquid protein Pure Protein would they be safe at a low dossage?
From your measurements, your son's weight is on the 50th percentile for his age which is normal. Why would he need protein pills unless he has a disorder that he would need protein in amino acid form for digestion? If he does not have any disorder, suggest giving him protein from foods and not protein pills. Meats, eggs, fish, dairy products, nuts (if not allergic) with breads/crackers, or rice and beans are all protein sources. Thank you for your question.
