Secondary lactose intolerence

Baby had adenovirus gastroenteritis at 10 days old and became lactose intolerent .. I have tried to ween him back onto normal formula NAN HA GOLD but his stools were dark green ... Is that normal ? I have stopped giving him normal formula and continued with lactose free formula.. Is dark green poos normal??

Infant stool can be many shades of green. It may be normal, however, if the dark green continues over time, have him checked by his doctor. Thank you for your question.
