headaches and fever only why

sense my daughter was born she has always ran high fevers along with headaches. Now she is seven and we are still dealing with this problem we take her to the doctors and they tell us she might just out grow out it but they said that when she was four. Anyways she gets a headache and then she starts running a fever sometimes her fevers are over 102 or 103 sometimes when her head feels better her fever goes then when headache comes back the fever comes back and maybe for one day she will do it or right now its been three days and when it passes it might be months before it happens again but it does always happen again so i just would like to know what it could be and how to help her. And when this happens there is nothing else wrong with her know cold or flu anything like that her nose use to bleed and had leg pains also but so far that has stoped.
