how to feed formula milk to a baby from breastmilk?

My baby is 11 months old.  i have tried  to feed him formula milk since birth. he was having both formula milk and my breast milk till he was 3 months. After 3 months he did not like formula milk and always want my breast milk. i have also tried to feed him solid food from 5 months. again he doesnt have even a spoon. he refuses food n cries all tha day. now i want to go back to my job so i want him to have either formula milk or some solid foods in my absence. Could u please help me to make it possible?

At this age he can feed himself with finger foods (regular food cut up in small pieces) which you can start right now. You either pump your breast milk or wean him off. Try mixing ¾ breast milk with ¼ formulas and if the bottle tastes like breast milk he may accept the bottle more. If he does accept and tolerates it, then after a week or so, try doing a bottle mix of ½ breast milk, and ½ infant formula or regular milk. Gradually go to a bottle mix of ¼ breast milk and ¾ formulas or milk, then totally to all formula or milk. If that does not work, then suggest using a ‘sippy cup’ and no bottle at all for his fluids. Hoped that helped you.
