0 calorie salad dressing

0 calorie salad dressing

I picked up a bottle of Walden Farms 0 cal dressing (in the produce aisle) the other day. I thought, "How much flavor could there be for NO cal?"  I am shocked and overjoyed! I originally bought the 1000 Island.  Then went back and got the Caesar, too. I have bought soooo many lo-cal or light dressings to throw them out after one use. I was really impressed with this one and am going to stick with it. I'll probably hear later on that it really has 500 cal per serving, lol.

I'm not familiar with that brand name out here in So Cal, but I will definitely hunt for it!

Salad dressing is one thing that I really miss (especially blue cheese) since being on WW. The oil and vinegar is getting old. Although, I do like Newman's low cal balsamic vinegar.

I found out they also make veggies dips, chocolate and carmel dips and sauces, cocktail, bbq, on and on with the sauces. All 0 cal!!! I ordered them at their site. A gal in my office ordered, too so we could split the shipping. She had the chocolate syrup and it tastes just like Hershey's!  They make blue cheese, too :)

I have this in my Fridge right now!  I love it.  I found it several years ago in Publix in Florida and fell in love with the Honey Mustard, but they have a ton of flavors.  I think they are vinegar-based and that is where the big flavor comes from.  I just found them this week in the super walmart here in IL, so the good news is spreading!

Heart this product!

WOW!  I look at that site and they offer SO many different types of condiments.  I am going to order four or five and see what I think.  I was just crunching some numbers.....imagine the calories one could save on condiments over a month or say a year.....LOTS!  I also looked at the nutritional content of many of their products online....they don't really have any nutrient value to speak of.  But we are talking condiments here...not the bulk of the meal.  Will let you know what I think once they arrive.
