So good news for egg lovers like me?

Well I love eggs but like anyone who wants to do the best they can for their arteries, I have restrained myself from eating more than a couple a week... now on the complementary Forum, deep diver, (gives wonderful and helpful input )has put a thread that says that eggs may reduce blood pressure (I dont have that problem but I appreciate others do have)researchers in Canada have concluded,.... go to the forum and see what Deep diver has posted.... So Now I am asking for some good egg recipes, omelettes anyone??

Thank you trudie, I have always made eggs the boring way as with bacon etc, scrambled but now I thought I should get' cracking:" and do something more exciting, I have got an egg book hanging out somewhere ,I still like boiled eggs, thing is I was brought up with them and I used to have them lightly boiled and dip 'soldiers of bread and butter into them, well we all know thats a no no now ,got to be well cooked.and no licking the cake bowl out!
