Had hysterectomy now ovarian cancer?

I am a 38 year old with 3 children.  I have had reproductive problems all my life. I had my children when I was very young, actually the first at age 17. I had a hysterectomy (partial) with removal of my uterus and one ovary and tube at age 29 dut to uterine fibroids not responsvie to Lupron, and large cysts on my left ovary. In 2004 I was diagnosed with SLE.  I was on Plaquenil and HCTZ for swelling until 11-07. I had a sudden decline in my health with what I thought was a Lupus flare. I had low grade fever, joint pain and swelling, headache and fatigue. I had several rounds of oral steriods and a course of IV steroids in Dec 2007. I had some improvement in the join symptoms, but other symptoms persisted with addition of constant diahrrea, stetorrhea, and persistent hypokalemia no matter how much KCL I took, and also accelerated HTN, swelling of my lower extremities, and SOB. I also had elevated Creatnine up to 2.0. I saw a nephrologist who was convinced I had Primary Hyperaldosteronism(Conns Disease). By this time  in January I am on 5 antihypertensives to control my BP, so I had an ECHO. It showed LVH, Right sided failure, Tricuspid Regurgitation, and Diastolic dysfunction. In the meantime he had me stop Lasix 80mg daily for 2 weeks and have a 24hr urine after Sodium loading and serum Aldosterone and Cortisol and Plasma Renin. My Aldosterone was 40.9, and my Renin was 5.96, both high, so he decided my Hyperaldosteronism was secondary to my heart problem. I had a right sided heart cath and renal angiogram last week that did not show Pulmonary HTN or renal artery stenosis, but a PCWP o f30 mmhg. MY K+ continues to be 3.0 or less on 40meg KCl a day. I am also on Lasix 80mg daily, Aldactone 25mg daily, Bystolic 5mg daily, Clonidine 0.3mg TID, and Cardizem CD 180mg BID. My diastolic BP still gets up to 110mmhg when I work or exert myself at all. I have not slept in a bed for 6 wks due to SOB. I had a CT of my abdomen this wk to look for an Adrenal Adenoma, but instead they found a Complex Multiocular Cystic Mass 8.8cm by 4.2cm on my remaining Right ovary with multiple septations. I saw a GYN who is a personal friend, and had a Transvaginal ultrasound. He could not tell whether it was cancerous or not, but recommended I have CA 125, etc and a Bilateral breast ultrasound because my Left breast is swollen and painful, and schedule open abdominal surgery to remove the mass. I am also scheduled to see a Rheumatolgist again because my primary physician and  my Cardiologist both think I was misdiagnosed with SLE, and actually have Mixed Connective tissue Disease instead, dut to my swelling in my hands and feet, skin peeling everywhere, bruising, mouth sores, facial and chest rash that comes and goes and Raynauds. The GYN is puzzled as to whether my sudden decline in health is a combination of problems or all related. I am so frustrated and scared. I have 2 daughters that are in college and both are currently pregnant. I have been working 2 jobs as a flight nurse and in an ER, but recently had to quit flying because of my illness. I just cannot  comprehend how someone can get so sick in a matter of a few months with something being terribly wrong. I am a critical care nurse, and see it every day. I think that makes it worse. Any ideas on what is the problem, or who I should see to sort it out? My primary physican is also a friend I worked with in ED for years before he entered private practice. He says if we cant figure it out soon, he will send my to Cleveland Clinic. I have no idea what my family history is as I am adopted. Any thoughts on my situation?
