cysts

About 2 years ago I had a cyst removed on the inside of my vagina. The only time I had problems with it before it was removed was during sex because the swelling caused by arousal would make it protrude and I would favor the other side to relieve the pressure. So, my Dr and I decided to remove it. It turned out to be about the size of a tangerine and he had to do more than he expected to remove it. It was an awful recovery, worse than either of my 2 pregnancies! And to make matters worse, I have developed genital acne since the surgery?! I take a daily antibiotic to keep the acne away. Now I noticed this week, the cyst is growing back. Is there anything I can do to keep it from growing? I am a healthy female, 38. I stay pretty active teaching school and coaching and being a mom to my kids. Other than the medicine for acne, I take a B12 shot monthly. No birth control, my husband had vasectomy.

Not that I know of, but, I would get it attended to fast so as to avoid it from getting larger prior to removal.  Was it a Bartholin gland cyst?  DId they biopsy the tissue and tell you anything?  
I know nothing about genital acne... but I would not want to take a daily antibiotic.  What does your doctor say about it all?
Hopefully someone will post who knows more....
