right abdomen pain

i have had a surgery for uterine fibroid in few years back but i had to undergo another operation six months back for fibroids this time uterus was removed but the pain has once again started in my right lower abdomen ,blood report shows infection .what could be the cause?
can u help me with some remedies or exercises,what changes to make in food (i am a vegetarian) etc........

Hi Ymaya I believe in homeopathic medicine but in your case it may help after you get a proper diagnosis.

You could have scar tissue, more addhesions, endometroisis tissue or possibly appendix problems the area you describe is exactly where appendix is.

what concerns me is none of these except appendix would cause infection..are you on a strong anti biotic?
