Thrombosed Hemorrhoids in Late Preg

Hi again -
I am miserable with thrombosed hemorrhoids - I am about 35 weeks pregnant.  Is surgery an option at this point?  The thought of delivering a child is freaking me out - I am in so much pain that I am up most of the night....  I can't get into my OB til Tuesday and am wondering if I should try and see a colo rectal person right away or if I am basically screwed!
Thanks as always

Your obstetrician should have someone on call who can see you or answer your questions.  If you are in a lot of pain, you shouldn't wait until Tuesday to contact the office to get in contact with a physician.
