Lymphatic Fluid Drain
My mother in law went through a lapractomy a 2 weeks back for removal on an ovarian cyst and was discharged from the hospital in 10-11 days however she has a drain attached to her left side to collect the lymphatic fluid. I would like to know what is the normal time in which this drain can come off. It has been 2 weeks since her surgery and she still has liquid draining out. Is this normal?
