Rt overian solid space occupying lesion in the Rt adnexal region
Age : 28 yrs  
I have done with MRI pelvis and pelvic ultrasonography.
Observation :
uterus is normal in size and retroverted and is deviated to the right

Rt overian solid sol
measuring 5.4*5.8*5.2 cm
undergoing laparoscopy

Note:  trying for pregnancy

How critical that would be to have fertility in future.

Hello, this should not affect fertility. Even if they would have to remove one ovary, the other takes over and supports all hormone and monthly ovulating function.
