nmabothian cysts and endomtrialsripe and free fluid in the pelvic

i was diagnosised with cysts on the right olvire and free fluid in the pelvic and endometrial stripe i go for sugery next thursday is any of this cancers

These things are very rarely cancer, but you need to follow up (as you are doing with surgery next week) to take care of it.  I don't know what the endometrial stripe is, but I had an endometrial biopsy (of the uterine lining) which came back normal.  Depending what kind of cysts you have, complex or functional, and how big they are, they may operate laparascopically or with a bigger incision.  Many ladies on this forum have been through both types of surgery and can give advice on what to expect.  Also your age is a factor.
