Its normal for pregnancy symptoms to go away? About almost a week ago i had morning sickness and my breast were sore on the sides and now i dont really have any morning sickness and my breasts aren't that sore anymore. Is that normal? I I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant.

HI,
Just to be very sure, you must get in touch with a gynaecologist to find out whether the baby is fine. An ultrasound scan should be done to assess foetal well being. This is because withdrawal of symptoms of pregnancy may sometimes suggest foetal demise.
