11 Day fever post cold symptoms

I've had a low grade fever for the past 11 days.  It started in conjunction with cold symptoms and has continued past when the cold symptoms have all but subsided.  I had a break in the fever at day 8 but it came back.  Should I be concerned enough to visit the Dr. or just rest and drink lots of liquids?

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? What thermometer reading is the temperature? Were you able to take fever medications? If it persists, you may need to have this checked for proper evaluation. A complete  blood count will help determine if an infection is present. Take care and do keep us posted.
