Rare Gastric disease

Dear Respected Doctor,
Please do help, Dear Doctor My name is Sam, I have done many tests for my intestine nothing showed, I didnt do endoscopy yet only, I have continuious pressure lots of musuc, acidity, cannot go to bathroom ,  I have to use enemas, and every now and then a hard feces as small as a nail hard old comes out in my diarhea (diarrhea), bloated always gas, unable to pass out trapped, lots mucus and burning sensation in the rectum, I did baruim enema nothing showed, i did gluten and lactose nothing showed, culture nothing showed either, brown mucus is always there and when ever I do enema and it comes out i feel little better then again same thing happens, the small hard thing that comes out every ten days, is some old stools being accumulated in my colon some where,  I m in Sweden and here medicine is quite backward, I m suffering I cannot sleep, i cannot work wake up on time, i cannot travel mood is always spoilt, I hunch from this pressure, I ve heartburn acidity, and mostly food does not get digested everything looks same in my stools, always have diarhea (diarrhea), DOCTOR HELP PLEASE will i be normal again, and these sympthoms since a year, and before I had IBS symptoms, its affecting my life all over, i tried all kinds of medicine. tell me what to do, and if there is a place in my intestine saving waste for longer time, what is the treatmet.
