Feeling Horrible - Funky Numbers

I have been feeling horrible lately, so I went in and asked my MD to run a blood panel. I normally take care of my thyroid through my HMD. Anyway, I downloaded my labs today, and I need to the call my MD if I don't hear from him by the beginning of the week, because I've got some funky numbers going on. Thoughts, input. .  help
