What could this be on my thyroid?

For about two months ive had a pretty good sized mass on my right thyroid. Just a week ago i went to the doctor who drew blood and made me get an ultrasound. The blood testing came back fine but the ultrasound came back abnormal. It is a solid mass and tomorrow i have to get blood drawn for five different tests. Im a fifteen year old female worried out of my mind. id like to know before tomorrow (which seems like forever) what possible things it could be. Ive had no problems with it hurting, I haven't lost any weight. But im scared out of my mind. Could the worse thing be cancer? will there be a cure if it is? Is it just swollen? Could it just be a cyst? please help me :(

You will be ok even if it turns out Cancer..It only a 5% chance of this..so more likely not..Even so it can be treated and you will be fine, I know you will worry till you find out but you will have support here, so many ppl have been through what you are going through...Dawn
