skin rash in a hypothyroidic female

i've been diagonosed hypothyroidic about 2 years back and have been taking eltroxin 100microgram and 150microgram on alternate days. Now I've developed rasheson my face,neck which has spread to my chestand back. the rash does not itch and are not swollen/red/bumpy. The rash is increaseing everyday and is more on the forehead and along the jawline.

Just a couple of thoughts.  What were the latest blood test results---both the actual numbers and their ranges?  This might help to see what is going on.  Also, I ran across a link indicating earlier this year there was some concern about possible side effects from  a reformulation of Eltroxin when the Company moved production from Canada to Germany.
