thyroid-cyst

I hope and pray that ive find an answer,I have been ill for for years now aqnd just now they have found a cyst on my thyroid But i have had these nodglers that run the whole way up the back of my neck they get  very hard and dissiapear as if they are running up into my head my neck hurts so bad as wekk as my back armes and legs-its all very strange-I havent felt myslef for years my finger nails and toenails just fall off my legs go numb my hayr and nails grow ,my hair dyes by the time an inch,but then it seeems for no reason I can feel comptley  myslef agian-and it goes on on back and forth each time making me just a little iller-iam only have the person i use to be,I know that it is still possiable because i have felt it befor  .........someone please let me know, could these cyst be the reason.............thanks kelly
