Hi everyone, seen all your comments and thought I would join also. Its good to hear everyone else views on how they are loosing weight. I have 67lbs to loose however I am feeling a little disheartened. I have only lost 10lbs in over two months. I am watching what I eat and I am working out 5/6 times a week and sometimes more. Mostly spin classes but also incorporate gym session - weights for toning. I love working out and am feeling much better however I expected so much more weight to drop off. I have however lost 15.5 inches which has mostly came from around my waist section. I see some people are doing great and loosing several pounds a week. I would be interested to see what other people are doing and eating and are seeing great results.
HI, I am new to this group and to this website. But it sounds like a great tool. I am looking for some friends so I can have a little support while I try for the 100th time to lose weight. I am 5'2" and weight 272lbs and would like to lose 100lbs ( but I will be happy with anything!!!).
