A group for people who would like regular buddy support on their weight loss journey. Anyone can join the group the only request from every member it to participate in teh group regularily - to share highs and lows, to be supportive and inspiring to eachother.

Tips to share?

Lets share the tips we have found useful in our own journeys - here are a few of mine -  I wil add more when I think of them  - please add your own :)

1) drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day.
2) be in bed resting if not sleeping for 8 hours a night
3) Don't eat after 7pm
4) Its okay to leave food on your plate while you understand and accept portion control
