I am not sure I understand the question but LAD bridges generally do not require surgical intervention and can be treaated medically.  Rarely if the symptoms do not improve and if a large amount of ischemia(lack of blood supply)  then surgery is sometimes done.  The long term outcome for LAD bridges is generally good.
