bundle branch block

bundle branch block

I am 33 years old. I have no family history of high blood pressure, high cholestrol or heart problem. Last year in jan 2007 I had a pain in my left arm and chest which I could not avoid . I saw a doctor and he got my EKG done . We came to know that I have bundle branch block not sure right or left but doctor told me that with my clean family history I don't need to worry about anything unless I do some athletic excercise. But my concern is that I still feel a pain time to time coming through my chest to left arm  with racing heartbeat which will make my arm bit tired heaviness in my chest. I will feel like I have done a lot of work with left arm and could not even lift it up. Should I worry about it or just bear with it and wait till its gone?
Thanks

A left bundle is frequently a sign of heart disease while a right bundle is not --so you need to find this out.  If you are still having symptoms you need an evaluation like a stress echocardiogram.
