dangerous to wait?

dangerous to wait?

I have DCM, EF <25, moderate/severe MVR, LBBB, global hypokinesis, even some areas of akinesis ,a biventricular pacer for resynchro therapy and an ICD. Recent TEE shows LV mural thrombus and LA "probable myxoma".  Articles I read say this myxoma needs attention right away. Insurance company dragging its feet-  is it dangerous to wait (3-4 months) or should I push harder and yell louder.  Meds include Coreg, Cozaar, spiranolactone, lasix. Very interested in your sugestions.

This is an extremely complicated scenario. In general, if you truly have a myxoma you shouldn't wait- you should discuss this with your cardiologist as soon as possible.
