Incontinence duration

My surgery was two weeks ago.  My catheter was removed a week later and  I continue to have major leaking with no noticeable improvement.  Pads are not adequate.  Depends are necessary. Every day I  do 300-400 Kegels  & walk a minimum of two miles.  I do not drink alcohol or caffeine.
Any suggestions to improve the situation?
Are their others with similar issues?

Thank you for your question. At two weeks after surgery it is too early in some situations to gain any urine control. Improvement is likely in the next 4 weeks. In the meanwhile continuing Kegel exercises and walking.
