3cm complex cyst --please help me..breaking down!!

I am a healthy 27 year old woman who discovered a large 3cm complex cyst (confirmed by u/s). Doc says bloodwork is normal. I am scheduled for my FNA on Monday. You guys, I am so scared of having cancer.... Has anyone ever had a benign cyst of that size pop up? I know I am strong and I'll do what I can to fight it...but I have been crying, not eating and sleeping poorly from anxiety since I discovered this..And of course my mind jumps to the worst type of thyroid cancer out there.

Please any words of help or comfort. :( I feel like I'm only halfway here these last few days....

I can be a rupture of the blood vessel inside of the thyroid which is benign!
