What is wrong with me???

I have a multinodular goiter and have been dx as euthyroid but am feeling alot of hypo symptoms. I had to have a FNA of a dominant nodule and it came back as a benign nodular goiter with florid hurthle cell change.

I knew nothing about the info when I got my results but now I am wondering does this mean I have Hashimoto's or can Hurthle cell change be found without diesease? I am so confused and feel so terrible!!! I hope someone can shed some light on this for me!!

Is there anyone who knows if Hurthle cell change frequently appears in multinodular goiter or only appears with Hashimoto's or cancer? My endo is three hours away and I can't get an appointment until October...... If anyone has any clue please let me know.
