iron pills

Anyone else get sick when you take iron pills? I'm suppose to take 2 a day and always barf them back up...any suggestions to help keep them down?

My doctor wants me to take 325mg of iron a day? That seems a bit high of a dosage. What are the doses other Mommy's are taking? Is that a normal dose while being pregnant?
