Burn wound make several weeks to heal and even longer to remodel.  You need to give some time for the body to heal itself which might take in some cases several months. If the wounds are closed now, the wound might be either pale or even hyperpigmented now.  Often, the only thing that is required in such cases is just a tinture of time.
