diabetic

i am 37 years old, i was diagnosed with diabetics six years back and i controlled diabetics for two years without medicines, for the last three i neglected it. recently when i diagnosed it was very high that is 211 in morning and after two hours i checked again it was 391 after eating. i am taking dianil tablets  medicines regularly why it has increased so much recently i started jogging and routine exercise and i should have a check up late this week. so pls suggest some medicines.
