TSH 3rd generation test high

What is the diet recommended for TSH 3rd generation test result is 17.83 uIu/ml ( CLIA Method). Female aged 42, south Indian. Please suggest. Thank you.

There is no specific diet for increased TSH.  Your TSH indicates that you may have hypothyroidism and should be on thyroid replacement hormones. You need also to have Free T3 and Free T4 tested, to determine the dosage.
