Well it really depends on your skin tone.

You can make your lips look fuller by going a little over your natural lip line with lip liner and then filling in with lipstick.

Red tends to make lips look smaller so I would suggest staying away from that too.

i usually go with a nude or nutmeg colour when creating fuller lips. I don't have thin lips but I hope this helps...

yes, you can go bit above than your natural lip line.. try cover ends with base and then use appropriate lip liner to shape 'em up..i think making up your eyes will make u look more sexier..so try using good mascara with liner and any nautral eyeshade color (usually called earth shades or simple shimmer)..
