Hello, I have been off work for at least a year. I was working so many hours that all my work related issues started to rebel. I have degen disk disease, severe bone spurring in the base of my neck, and a shifted vertibrae mid neck. I started getting what I call stingers in my neck followed instantly by severe stabbing pain in the back of my left eye. I also can't sleep more than three hours at a time because my hands go numb. This was making me nervous so I went to oc health. the doctor there told me that the pains I was describing could not be happening, and the numb hands where being caused by my wrists. The eye pain has reduced being off work but comes back if I over stress my self . Should I be worried.
