my chin just started falli,g over and has no balence.h'll lay with eyes closed then will move alittle,his ears seem warm

He needs to be seen by a vet. Sounds like some kind of infection (possible inner ear) and fever. Meds can clear that up in a few days but only a vet can check him and prescribe the right medication and dosage if needed.
