a year after total colon removal I started having small amounts of leakage from rectum, just enough to stain clothes or seats. I assumed they would have clamped the end shut???? Anyone else??, and is this normal? .....jerry
Hi, i have a temp illy and althou i dont have general leakage like you describe I've heard that you can pass mucus, thou exactly what this looks like ive no idea, probably would stain clothing etc. On a slightly different note, i was admitted to hospital with a bad stomach bug for 8 days while on chemo, and even thou i have a bag, i was actually passing fluid stuff out of my bottom every time i had a stomach cramp .......... so it is possible, althou i dont no how, to pass something.
