urinary tract infection?

something isnt normal recenlty, i have the urge to pee alot regularly than usual and when im done then is huge feeling of pressure, also during the night i had a burning sensation and when i wiped myself i see blood on the tissue, im not in any major pain it is more uncomfortable and im a virgin so it is not a sti, ive been having these symptoms for a few weeks now and dont know what it could be, i wash regularly.
