There are many different things that can cause this kind of pain, all of which require a doctor to diagnose and treat. It may be something as simple as internal hemorrhoids or something more serious like a rectovaginal fistula that may require surgery. Your body is telling you that something is wrong so please wait no longer and go see your doctor!
I have the same thing, my dr. diagnosed me with endometriosis. Im not a dr. so im not sure if thats what you have. I also have pain during sex, and bad pain around my period. If this sounds like you, then you might want to go see an ob/gyn to get a right diagnosis.
