Milk makes my stomach queasy

Hi there!
I am wondering why I cannot use milk with anything else (tea, etc.), except in coffee. Otherwise milk makes me feel like throwing up, if I use it. Still, I want and like it. It doesn't like me. How come?

The reason for that is that milk has lactose in it.  Your body produces a sugar called lactase that enables your body to break it down.  There are many supplements that you can take that will provide you with synthetic lactase.  Also the human body was never designed to digest milk, it is a mutation.

I was a lactose intolerant before. I am a hard-headed person, so what I did was I keep on drinking milk until my lactose intolerance vanished. Hehe
